Coachlog is a journal for football coaches. We respect users' privacy and process data in line with Google Play requirements and applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR / UK GDPR).
Data we collect and why

We do not show ads or use personal data for marketing.
Processors and data transfers
- Supabase (Frankfurt, DE) – Database, authentication, file storage.
- Google Cloud / Firebase – Crashlytics, Analytics – diagnostics; servers may be in the EU or US.
- AI services (Gemini / OpenAI) – Converting voice notes to transcripts and insights.
- Email / notification providers – Communicating with coaches.
Each provider processes data only on our behalf under data processing agreements. Data may be transferred outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep account, team, audio and analytics data while your Coachlog account is active so coaches can revisit training history. If you close your account or remain inactive, we can delete or anonymise your data.
Deletion requests
Send an email to support@coachlog.app with subject "Delete Coachlog account" and include your email address used in the app. After verifying the request we delete the account and related recordings/statistics.
Your rights
You may request at any time:
- Access to your personal data
- Rectification of incorrect data
- Data portability
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Deletion of your data
You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (ICO in the UK, PUODO in Poland, etc.).
Security
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
- Supabase/Firebase access is protected with tokens and role-based rules
- Voice notes/transcripts are used only for in-app purposes and are not sold
Children
Coachlog is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Coachlog evolves or laws change. We'll notify you in-app or via email when we make significant changes. The effective date is shown at the top.
