These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the coachlog.app website ("Website"), which serves as a landing page for the Coachlog mobile application.

The Website is informational in nature: it presents information about the application and provides links to Google Play and Apple App Store. It does not conduct sales, registration/login, blog, comments, or online store.

• User – any person visiting the Website.
• Application – the Coachlog mobile application available on Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Stores – Google Play and Apple App Store platforms where the Application is distributed.

• The Website provides information about the Application and links to the Stores.
• Use of the Website is free of charge.
• It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or engage in activities that disrupt the security of the Website.
• Technical requirements: a device with a browser and internet access; to use the Application – a mobile device meeting Store requirements.

Purchase of the Application/subscription takes place exclusively in the Stores; the Website does not mediate payments. The purchase process, billing, refunds, and account rules are governed by the respective Google or Apple terms, who are independent data controllers.

Payments are made in the Application or in the Stores according to available payment methods (cards, account balance, etc.). Refunds and withdrawals are handled by Google Play/Apple App Store according to their own procedures.

Note: In the EU, the right of withdrawal may be limited if the user has consented to immediate provision of digital content – Store rules and applicable law apply.

Complaints related to the operation of the Website should be submitted to support@coachlog.app with a description of the problem, date, and contact details. Complaints regarding purchases, payments, and subscriptions made in the Stores should be directed to Google or Apple.

The Website may contain links to external sites (including Stores). The Operator is not responsible for their content or privacy policies. By using links, the User accepts the terms of third parties.

The layout of the page, texts, graphics, and other materials on the Website are protected by law. Use beyond fair use requires written consent from the Operator.

Data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website. The Website may use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the Privacy Policy and expressed consent.

The Operator strives to ensure continuity and security of the Website but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to independent causes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:

• damages resulting from interruptions caused by force majeure, connection failures, actions of third parties
• User decisions made based on information from the Website
• operation of the Stores, including purchases, billing, and refunds

The Operator may change the Terms for important reasons (including changes to Website functionality, law, tools). The new version is published on the Website with the date. Use after publication means acceptance of the changes.

These Terms comply with applicable consumer information requirements. Matters not regulated herein are subject to applicable law.
